Oscar and Shanira met over three years ago, quickly they fell in love with the emerging food & cocktail scene in Orlando. Combined they have over twenty years in the hospitality industry, ranging from casual locales to high volume, and fine dining establishments.

Together they make up the creative team at OSHC, working side by side to ensure each cocktail is balanced and exquisite.

Their shared dedication to the craft and high standards sparked them to join forces to create OS Hospitality & Consulting, bringing refined technique, mixology and elegance to any celebration.
